Years ago I took a course by Brian Tracy; "The Psychololgy Of Selling" and in it he teaches a concept that I still embrace today: SOME WILL... SOME WON'T... SO WHAT?... NEXT! Looking back, I realize how much that programming changed my sales life. The take-away was learning how to handle resistance, overcoming objections and dealing with rejection.
Currently, I'm reading by T. Harv Eker.
