what i have to do ? i have created 2 new blog but they do not cached by Google till 15 days gone so what i have to do for this?

Submit your blogs in couple of bookmarking sites like digg, propeller, etc.. It may help to get indexed your blogs.

I would say keep posting to them with good content, using SEO, etc. Network with others, write articles and try to get backlinks.

Also make sure that you have plugins like All In One Seo activated as well as loading an updated Ping List through the Settings/Writing tab. Also change your permalinks to something more suitable than the default permalinks.
