Keywords once in the title and in your first and last paragraphs. Usually there should be no more than one keyword every 100 words in the body of your copy.

keyword density is the ratio of the word that is being searched for (the keyword) against the total number of words appearing on your web page,
It is good to place keywords in domain name,url of website,in the title tags of your webpages,first sentence in your firstparagraph,in the links pointing back from your articles,in the links pointing back from your press releases and Keyword phrases in your Pay-Per-Click ads.
