I am trying to put GA code on my pages. I have a hosted WP blog. Should I go through cpanel? What files?

Put it in the footer.php file of your active theme just before the /body tag. Or, if you use headspace2, there is a place to add it in the advanced settings.

What file do I go through? the themes, public ftp, public html?

To to Presentation > Theme Editor> Footer> scroll down then the /body tag is there.

I'm having trouble logging in to GA to get my code. Any one know what to do? They are saying username and password don't match. I use roboform. I can't see how they don't match.

There should be a 'forgot password' somewhere. Request your password be sent to you then update roboform once you are able to log in.

Actually it depends on which page you got to optimize.People generally put it in their index page and start counting the traffic thereafter.If you would want to optimize all your pages you could paste the code in their too.

You have to put it on header section. If you are using blogger template you can see your template code.
