My assumption, based on your question, is that you are referring to the keyword list in your Keywords Meta Tag? If so, that's unnecessary - its an outdated tag (ie it wont help you at all).
But to answer your question: NO, it is definitely not advisable. This is an old school trick (that no longer works even) for spamming the search engines. Not something you want to do. In addition to that, the traffic you *might* get would be incredibly untargeted and result in... well, no results.
