Can links help to get indexed in the yahoo, google, msn...by getting links from a submission of an article in a article directory, or from someone site that is already indexed in all 3.

Be it for PR or SERP - quality links (inbound) will help you get the position you need for the long run. Investing on link building for SEO will bring in favorable results ;)

got to listen to Lynn. she has been around for a long time. so she know what makes a website increase its real estate value overtime. linlk, link and more link. link will come and link will go. so if we want to be up there and continue to be up there we got to promote our link and no excuse.

If you have a sustained link building program you will build a solid position over time.
Just adding a three links a day will see you with a thousand per year....

Links are link votes for your site. Get as many as you can from good sources with similar content to your site.

Linking to already SE crawled site can make your site index faster...
and links especially backlinks are very powerful in terms on ranking it is one of the great factor which affect rankings and also links can increase PR if the links are of quality...
