How are you? Great forum! I need to hang more!

I do have a question...

I have a new travel site...been up since june 22nd.

I have a 0 PR rank of course.

What do you suggest for a brand new site to get a PR3
ranking?

Do you buys links at all?

Great site, awesome domain! It takes awhile to get PageRank, and to be honest there's no real way to manipulate it. You simply promote your site like you normally would to get traffic... and the PageRank is a result over time.

You can buy links, exchange links, submit articles & press releases, use your link in signatures on discussion forums, etc. etc. I have an article titled on ClickNewz that outlines my own methods... and they are great ways to get links and increase PR naturally.
