There is a great resource published by MarketingSherpa.com of top SEO companies. However, I know they are pretty expensive.
SEO is not difficult just very time consuming.
I do my own SEO.
The key to success with SEO is your titles of your pages, the text on your pages and the incoming links promoting those pages.
