I'm in the same boat with you guys...

At the moment I am restructuring my business in an attempt to streamline for efficiency... and letting go of everything in my schedule that doesnt match an *extremely focused* action plan.

Its a mess in progress...

This is a really good topic... and something we could all work on together. Any suggestions for a Category Name, or is Quest for Success sufficient?

Shelby, I had so many things on the go that I didn't know which way to
turn. I found a great way to help me focus.

My hard drive blew up and I lost almost everything that I did in the last
three months and that changed my focus completely.

I now have far less to do and I have more time to do it. I will get there
just the same with five projects instead of 20.

Always look on the positive side of things.

I'm with Lynny...needing focus like a laser beam...organization UP the ying-yang...and in my case, flawless and immediate follow-through and crystal clear, timely communication.

And LOTS fewer impulses!

Dan, you are not any better at screwing up than I have been. Focus
is definitely the key.

Maybe we should write and ebook about being un-focused. We could make
a table of contents that shows 45 lessons but only write 23 lesson before
we drift off onto another topic.
