Hi,

I have planning to settle a business in sole proprietor. what can i do for this?
I hire the consultant or writer? and how can avoid the mistakes of the business?

Read up on sole proprietorship first. A lot of bloggers and website owners go with sole proprietership, it works out pretty well until you hit the upper level tax brackets, then you'll find a lot of folks going to LLC.

A sole proprietorship is not a corporation; it does not pay corporate taxes, but rather the person who organized the business pays self employment taxes on the profits made, making accounting much simpler.
