I think Twitter can be used so many ways & many companies (and people) just have not figured it out yet.
Even something as simple as the invite for a tweet up in the area seemed to put a huge amount of traffic right at the coffee shop.
Funny thing is that the little place we hold a weekly BeerNBlog probably has no clue that because of Twitter they now have 40+ people coming in each Thursday.
Now that they see a little example of what Twitter can do they should take the time to capitalize on it.
